For prohibited content, impersonation, fraud, or other misuse, use the same address with the subject Safety Report. Include the relevant account, conversation or request identifier and a concise description. Do not attach illegal imagery or child sexual abuse material.

Registered users can also submit a support ticket from the support widget or account dashboard. A ticket is the best option when you need to include screenshots or track replies.

Research Preview

Use the research preview application for evaluation proposals, safety research, academic work, or product studies. This website is an independent service and does not grant access to Block's official Dessa model or research weights.

Response Times

We normally reply within 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Billing and account security requests are prioritized. Please do not send passwords, API keys, full card numbers, or other sensitive credentials by email.
