Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use and Content Standards

These rules apply to prompts, uploaded or recorded audio, transcripts, generated speech, API requests, and any other content submitted to or created with the service. You may not use the service to create, request, upload, transform, publish, or distribute:

• Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, sexually explicit material, non-consensual intimate content, or content intended for sexual exploitation.
• Violent or graphic content: graphic or gory depictions of serious injury, torture, mutilation, or death, or content that praises, instructs, or encourages real-world violence.
• Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes discrimination against a person or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, age, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic.
• Child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAM): any sexualization, grooming, exploitation, or abuse of a minor, including fictional, synthetic, altered, or AI-generated depictions. We apply zero tolerance to this content.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: deceptive synthetic media, voice cloning, or impersonation of a real person without authorization, especially content intended to defraud, mislead, harass, damage reputation, bypass identity checks, or falsely imply endorsement.
• Copyright or trademark infringement: content that violates copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, data-protection, or other proprietary rights, including using a person's voice, likeness, recording, or protected work without the necessary rights or consent.

You also may not violate applicable law, facilitate fraud or other criminal activity, send spam or malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or evade safety controls. You are responsible for obtaining all permissions and consents required for voices, recordings, personal data, and other material you submit.

Reporting Prohibited Content

Report suspected prohibited content or misuse by emailing support@dessaaivoicemodelai.com with the subject Safety Report, or through our contact page. Include the relevant account, conversation or request identifier, a description of the concern, and supporting links or screenshots where available. Do not email illegal imagery or CSAM; provide only the information needed to identify the content.

We prioritize reports involving minors, credible threats, non-consensual intimate content, fraud, or immediate risk of harm. We may request additional information, but we will not disclose another user's private account information to a reporter.

Content Moderation Process

We use a risk-based combination of automated safety checks, usage and account signals, and human review. Depending on the feature and available moderation tools, prompts or transcripts may be checked before processing, and flagged requests may be blocked or held for review. Reports and other safety signals are assessed against these Terms and applicable law.

During review, we may examine the relevant prompt, transcript, output, account activity, and technical records to the extent permitted by our Privacy Policy. We then determine whether no violation occurred, more information is needed, or enforcement is required. Where legally required, we may preserve evidence and report apparent illegal conduct to the appropriate service provider or authority. No moderation system is perfect, and users remain responsible for their content and use of the service.

Enforcement and Appeals

Depending on severity, frequency, and risk, we may:

• Warn the user or require removal or correction of content.
• Block a request, remove stored content, or restrict a feature.
• Disable an API key or temporarily suspend an account.
• Permanently terminate an account for serious or repeated violations.
• Revoke credits associated with abusive use, where permitted by law, without providing a refund for prohibited activity.
• Preserve relevant records or report conduct when required by law or necessary to protect users and the public.

CSAM, credible threats, deliberate fraud, and malicious non-consensual impersonation may result in immediate suspension while we investigate. To appeal an enforcement decision, email support@dessaaivoicemodelai.com from the account's registered address with the subject Safety Appeal and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
